Why Carriers are Killing Tablets



Tablets are nice devices many are now using across the world.  I feel many more could be using them, but there are some reasons why a lot of people still haven't shelled out the dough yet.  It's not that great hardware isn't available, it's because carriers aren't marketing them right.

Windows 8 Review


Lookout Apple Microsoft is now the innovator.  That is a bold statement I just made, but take a look at what Microsoft is pulling out of their incredibly large magic hat.  Creating an operating system is tough, creating an operating system that spans from phone to tablet to PC is downright ridiculous.  One company is about to do it, and do it relatively nicely.  There are some huge concerns that you need to know.  Read on to see what I feel about the preview version of Microsoft's new baby Windows 8.

Mountain Lion OS X 10.8 Review


Today Apple decided to give everyone a little taste of the next OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.  True to their word Apple is about to release their annual OS upgrade.  I give you some of the big changes I find important so you don't have to wade through the hundreds of enhancements Apple has been working on.  The new changes were much needed.  Let's hope this covers up all the stability issues that plagued OS Lion last year.  Read on and enjoy the video preview.

Blackberry Where Are You?


Blackberry for the longest time was THE smartphone brand to go for in the mid to late 2000's.  Having used and owned a couple of their devices I am very keen to what they have done, and are doing now to own the smartphone market.  Love'em or hate'em Blackberry is still very relevant, but huge changes are about to take place. CES 2012: Automotive review



I don't get the opportunity to write about cars very much, but I was ecstatic to get the opportunity to look at some of the automotive splendor that was wielded by the major auto makers at CES this year.  In the midst of the Detroit International Auto Show for some reason big auto decided to use CES as an opportunity to show off some more concepts. I am a bit of a car enthusiast and some of the tech recently demoed is going to blow you away.  Read more to find out what Ford, Audi, Lamborghini, and Porsche are doing to keep the tech world interested on more than just Apple.

CES day 1 review

CES 2012 Preview



January is a time to forget the past, and look forward to the hope a new year brings.  It is only fitting that the International Consumer Electronics Show kicks open it's doors from Jan. 8-13.  For those that don't know, next week every electronics company in the world will be trying to catch the eye of bloggers, press, and consumer's eyes as they unveil the big sellers for 2012 as well as new technology that will usher in new up and coming trends.  Everyone except Apple will be trying to show off their muscle in the tech world, and Microsoft will be making their final appearance as they will be skipping CES 2013 just as Apple has done for years.
